Unseen 02 docking connector?
I just got an 02 a few weeks back for those that don’t know. I’ve yet to move to it and use it for any great deal of time.
I found this in my bag of 02 stuff. I wonder when this was made. Is this the first design of the 02 docking connector or a later design to explore options. Im going to make a guess and say this was one of the first designs for the 02′s dongle cable. Any kind X OQO want to tell me how this fits into the design timeline?

02 Battery drop test
Found this battery in a pile of trash, Check out the amount of damage the cell has. I wonder how this was drop tested? What ever this battery was dropped on must have had a nasty edge to it to cause the cell inside the metal case to do this. The cell still had a full charge even with the damage shown. The PCB however seems to have died. Fuse is good on it so another component must have failed. Seems like the voltage doubler is failed. I don’t think I will cut and keep the cell from this battery, maybe its time for a youtube post on what happens when you over volt a cell.
